Three pressing modes for flexible residual waste compaction

The EXP200 offers three operating modes, allowing compaction to be tailored to different waste types, volumes, and daily operating requirements.

Normal mode
Provides a quick press-and-release cycle that compresses waste efficiently before automatically lifting the press plate, keeping the unit ready for the next load with minimal downtime.

Stay’n Hold mode
Applies constant pressure by holding the press plate in the lowered position until the Start button is pressed again, making it ideal for compacting bulky waste.

Timed Hold mode
Maintains pressure for a selectable duration before automatically raising the press plate, producing denser compaction while reducing operator involvement.
